Plants in pots will stay smaller, but they will still carry full-sized fruit. Because this is a faster-growing variety than older types, you won’t have to wait long before you have plenty of fruit to eat fresh, or turn into delicious preserves. It needs no fancy pruning, and it has no serious pests or diseases to worry about. It should be planted outdoors in well-drained soil, but the exact soil-type is not important.
